Quotes and Reservations
A quote request is an inquiry, not a reservation. A date is secured only after the booking steps stated in the event-specific written documents are completed. Pricing and included services are limited to what appears in the current written proposal or agreement.
Venue and Event Information
The organizer should provide accurate information about the address, setup surface, available space, access route, overhead and underground hazards, event hours, expected attendance, power, and venue restrictions. The property owner and appropriate authorities determine which permits, inspections, traffic plans, or other approvals apply.
Safety and Operations
Posted ride rules, equipment restrictions, and operator instructions control participation and operation. Equipment may be paused, relocated, or not operated when site, weather, crowd, access, or other conditions are not suitable. Event-specific responsibilities and remedies are defined in the written agreement.
Weather, Changes, and Cancellations
Weather procedures, rescheduling options, cancellation deadlines, refunds, and deposits vary by event and are not established by this webpage. Review the written proposal and agreement before booking and ask for clarification before signing.
Insurance and Venue Documents
Insurance documents, certificate wording, and additional-insured requests—when applicable—must be discussed before booking and confirmed in writing for the specific event. Nothing on this website is a certificate or guarantee of coverage.
