Services Provided

Carolina Carnival Rides provides carnival ride rentals, amusement attractions, games, and related event services for festivals, school events, corporate gatherings, private parties, and community celebrations.

All rentals are subject to availability, site inspection (if required), and written agreement.

Booking & Payments

A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final payment is due prior to or on the day of the event unless agreed otherwise.
Pricing is based on ride selection, duration, staffing, power requirements, and travel distance.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Weather Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
If cancellation occurs before equipment is delivered and setup has begun, deposits may be refunded at our discretion.
Once equipment is delivered and setup has begun, payments are non-refundable.
In cases of severe weather, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend ride operations for safety reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule events when possible.

Safety decisions made by our staff are final.

Site Requirements

The client is responsible for:

Providing adequate space for setup and operation.
Ensuring ground conditions are suitable and accessible.
Securing any necessary permits or approvals.
Providing adequate electrical power unless generator services are included.
Ensuring clear access for delivery vehicles.

If site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse setup without refund.

Safety & Supervision

All rides are operated by trained personnel when required.
Guests must follow posted ride rules and operator instructions.
Carolina Carnival Rides reserves the right to deny participation to any individual for safety reasons.
The client agrees to maintain orderly conduct at the event.

We prioritize safety at all times and maintain proper insurance coverage.

Liability & Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carolina Carnival Rides, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Improper use of equipment
Failure to follow safety instructions
Site hazards not disclosed prior to setup
Acts of guests or third parties

Carolina Carnival Rides is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Insurance

We maintain appropriate liability insurance for our operations. Certificates of insurance may be provided upon request.

Additional insured certificates must be requested prior to the event date.

Equipment Care & Damage

The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused by:

Negligence
Vandalism
Unauthorized use
Theft

Costs for repair or replacement will be billed to the client.

Use of Photos & Media

Carolina Carnival Rides may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes unless the client submits a written request to opt out prior to the event.

Website Use

All website content, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Carolina Carnival Rides and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
